Terms of Service

These terms describe access to MyAlphaEngine, a paid signal service. This page is a draft for the operator. It is not a finished agreement, and it does not name a law firm.

What you receive

A paid subscription lets you read daily and intraday signals and the tracked record of those signals. Each signal keeps the time it was sent, the price at the signal, and the later percent up or down once the call is settled.

What this service is not

MyAlphaEngine is not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser. A signal is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell, and not an offer to manage money. The service does not place orders for you.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your username and password. Provide an email address if you want account messages. Those messages, when email is turned on, cover welcome, payment, and the end of paid access. They are not a marketing list.

Payment

When the operator turns billing on, Stripe processes the payment. Paid access that came from a successful payment ends when that subscription is canceled, left unpaid, or fully reversed. The account itself can remain. A draft like this one does not set a price.

No promise of results

The tracked record includes gains and losses. Past results do not guarantee future results. A signal can be wrong. You can lose money acting on your own decision after you read one.

Changes

The operator may replace this draft. The version date at the top is the date of the placeholder. Do not treat the page as in force until counsel has reviewed it.
