Privacy Policy
This draft explains what the signal service stores about an account. It is not a finished privacy notice, and it does not name a law firm.
Account information
If you create an account, the service stores a username, a password hash, and an email address when you provide one. Signing in sets an HttpOnly session cookie. A second cookie supports form protection on the same site. The browser may keep a color-theme preference on your device.
Payment information
When billing is on, Stripe processes the payment. The service stores whether access is paid and, when Stripe sends one, a customer identifier. It does not store a full card number. Card data stays with Stripe.
Signals
The product is a record of published signals and tracked outcomes. That record is not a history of your own orders. The service is not a broker. It does not receive orders from you and does not place orders for you. Signals are not investment advice.
How account data is used
Account data is used to sign you in, to show the signals your access allows, and to send a short transactional message when email is configured. Those messages are a welcome note, a note that a payment succeeded, or a note that paid access ended. The service does not sell personal information and does not run a marketing broadcast from this hook.
How long it is kept
The account row stays until the operator deletes it. Session cookies expire after an idle period. A transactional message is not stored as a second copy of your password or your session.
